Marcel de Chermont has extensive experience advising corporations on a range of business issues across the corporate value chain. He frequently advises senior management and Boards of Directors on the risks associated with operating strategies, commercial agreements, cross border transactions, capital investment matters, and acquisitions and divestitures. Marcel specializes on advising energy companies on their regulatory risk portfolio including FERC matters, FCPA and U.K. Bribery Act issues, and GDPR compliance.
